#1. Corsair K100 RGB

The best Corsair gaming keyboard with a full-size layout that we tested is the Corsair K100 RGB. It’s an incredible choice for gamers, especially if you like having many programmable buttons to assign game actions to. There’s a row of six dedicated macro buttons on the right, along with a multi-function wheel that adjusts brightness, rewinds or fast-forwards your music or video, and zooms in and out of windows. That said, you can program it to do anything else that would be more useful for you. It has an 8000Hz polling rate and an exceptionally low latency, so the performance should please casual gamers and competitive gamers alike. It’s available with linear Cherry MX Speed switches, which feel very light and responsive, and don’t need much force to activate the key. It’s also available with proprietary Corsair OPX switches, which are optical-mechanical, and they’re advertised to be even more responsive and durable than standard mechanical switches.

Unfortunately, it’s wired-only, so you can’t pair it wirelessly with multiple devices, which may disappoint you if you use one setup for both your work and gaming computers. That said, this won’t be an issue for you if you only use one PC for all of your uses. If you sit at your desk for hours at a time, you’ll be happy to know that it offers two extra incline settings and comes with a magnetic, plushy wrist rest. Overall, this is one of the best keyboards you can get from Corsair if you’re looking for a full-size model with lots of customizations.

#2. Corsair K63 Wireless Mechanical Gaming Keyboard

The best wireless keyboard for gaming we’ve tested is the Corsair K63 Wireless Mechanical Gaming Keyboard. This TenKeyLess board is one of Corsair’s very few wireless models, and it can pair with up to two devices at once via Bluetooth and its USB receiver. It’s compatible with many operating systems, though some function keys only work on Windows. If you need to control the audio, it has dedicated media keys at the top right. While it doesn’t have a row of macro keys like some of Corsair’s full-size options, you can set macros to any key on the board, including the F-row and home cluster keys. Also, there’s a Windows Key lock, which disables the Windows key to prevent you from accidentally hitting it right before you’re about to make a critical headshot. Despite being wireless, its latency is still low when used with its receiver, though we don’t recommend gaming over Bluetooth since you notice some lag. The Cherry MX Red switches need a bit of force to actuate, especially for linear switches, but they should feel responsive.

Unfortunately, it doesn’t have onboard memory, so you can’t keep your settings when you switch to a computer. While the board comes with a detachable wrist rest, it’s hard and feels a bit cheap. Also, if you’re a fan of RGB, you’ll be disappointed that both variants of this keyboard have blue backlighting only. That said, this is an excellent option if you’re looking for a wireless gaming keyboard, and it’s among the best gaming keyboards under $100 that we’ve tested.

#3. Corsair K65 RGB MINI

The best compact Corsair keyboard we’ve tested is the Corsair K65 RGB MINI. This 60% model frees up a lot of space on your desk, making it a good choice if you’re in a tight setup or if you want more space for mouse movements. It feels incredibly well-built and sturdy with PBT keycaps and a metal base plate. Like other Corsair gaming options, it has extremely low latency. It also has an 8000Hz polling rate, a rare feature for a gaming board, which means games will feel responsive and fluid no matter the genre. Every key is macro-programmable, and you can program the macros either directly on the board or using the Corsair iCUE software. The RGB backlighting is bright, and you can customize it on a per-key basis, and this unit comes with onboard memory, meaning you can save your settings. This board comes with linear Cherry MX Speed switches, which have a short pre-travel distance and a low operating force, making the overall typing experience feel light and responsive.

Unfortunately, you can’t adjust the incline of the board, and it lacks a wrist rest, which can increase the chance of discomfort as the board has a fairly high profile. Also, it’s wired-only, so it’s not a good choice if you’re looking for a keyboard to use with mobile devices or in a multi-device setup. With that said, it’s a remarkably well-built board that is an excellent choice if you’re looking for a high-performing compact board.
